The sun was visible the first several seconds of totality, then it was completely blocked by clouds and pretty much never became visibl again. This image was taken during that tiny window of visibility. If there were no cloud the corona would have filled the frame but it was mostly blocked in this image. On the other hand, there were a number of solar prominances (or filaments). I estimate the longest one extended more than 42,000km from the sun's sufrace, almost enough to cover four Earth end to end.

在全食刚开始的几秒还能看到,然后就完全被云遮住了,直到我们走的时候也再没露出来过,即便是这张大部分的日冕也透不过云层。不过图中有好几个日珥是2017年那次没有的。最高的那个我估算大概42000公里,快能装4个地球了。
