San Antonio is only about an hour from Austin and it's closer to Kerrville and we've never been there before, so we took a detour to visit it. The River Walk was lovely. We took the boat tour twice. There were so many restaurants lining up the river we don't know which one to choose (I got introduced to Yard House here)! This image was taken from a parking garage overlooking a portion of the River Walk. 圣安东尼奥离奥斯汀只有一个小时的车程而且离科尔维尔更近，我们之前没去过所以这次特意绕道经过。位于市中心的河滨步道之前有所耳闻，亲身体验感觉很不错，游览船坐了两回，河两边无数的店铺餐厅。这段河道原本是圣安东尼奥河的一个马蹄弯，是个水灾隐患。1921年发了一次非常严重的，为了防治类似的灾害上游修了个坝大部分水流不再经过这个弯。作为改造工程的一部分，这个弯被发展成为了现在的河滨步道。步道比正常的行车道低一层，上图中有几处可以看到（注意水的反光）。
