Delicate Arch
The Delicate Arch is so iconic that these photos more or less feel cliche. Yet it's still very exciting to take the strenuous, mile and half hike to get there and take these photos personally. There are easily over 60, 70 people in the area when we get there in late afternoon (with more keeps trickling in), and many of them take turns standing right in the arch to have their pictures taken. To take their shots the "nature" photographers have to seize the 2-3 seconds opportunity that sometimes presents itself between one person and the next. In the background is the La Sal Mountains. HDR. During our visit the Devils Garden section of the park is closed due to roadwork.
