Although it's late April winter makes a comeback. It's cold and windy and I'm lying on my stomach, with only a trash bad between me and the soggy marsh land below. I'm hoping to get some low angle shots of wood ducks, hopefully with the iridescent colors fully captures. While the angle is not ideal and the colors are dull, I still consider this a success because the thrown on blind I just got seems working. A few ducks landed shortly after I set up. The remaining part is simple - keep trying.
