Visited the banding station again today with my wife. There was only a small crew on hand so they were very busy. They got some good birds though - including canada warbler, yellow-billed cuckoo, prothonotary warbler, blackpoll warbler, and even a ruby-throated hummingbird. The folks were really nice. We learned a lot of knowledge about birds from Bill, and Susanne let my wife release many of these beautiful birds. |
